The Israeli extremist right-wing nationalist government has stated its goal to turn Gsza into an unliveable wasteland, so they can steal the rest of the land.
We will not swallow whole the US — EU — Israel propaganda. I have watched every press conference by Netanyahu, the head of the Israeli government and the spokesman for the Israeli military.
Israel cannot be allowed to continue to claim self-defense because here are the facts on the grounds:
Two days ago, Benjamin Netanyahu held a 1-minute press conference and after he spouted the regular lies, he told the whole world that “There will be no ceasefire.” In other words, the killing and the forced starvation of nearly 10,000 women, children, the elderly, the sick, and the disabled, the bombing of hospitals, schools, and housing buildings, the fascist deprivation of food, water, fuel, medical supplies, and electricity, the raids and extra-judicial arrests and imprisonment of over 1500 people from the West Bank since October 7, 2023, adding to the over 6,000 Palestinians locked up and tortured and killed in Israeli prisons, the summary murders of Palestinians just attending to their crops by Israeli land thieves armed with machine guns, the so-called “settlers, and the targeted murder of dozens of journalists and humanitarian aid workers, are not enough.
Israel has been an outlaw state for over 50 years. The list of UN resolutions regarding the oppressive occupation and intentional mass killing, extra-judicial arrests, the imprisonment of thousands of Palestinians, and the murder of Israeli land thieves. Israel has ignored amounts to 1000.
We, the People of the World Demand, demand that this Biden-Europeans- EU and Israeli war and attempt at genocide stop now. We will not stand for this and your governments will pay for it, even if you are authoritarian.
Bombing a crowded refugee camp is not self-defense. It’s murder.
We are not all fools, and we are particularly aware of the overtime propaganda machine and the utter lies about Hamas and everyone and everything Arabic. And we know the facts and the history of this genocidal war.
Your idea of “humanitarian aid” for the Palestinians is to have Palestinians eat before they are bombed out of existence.

The United Nations General Assembly on Friday adopted a resolution calling for an “immediate, durable and sustained humanitarian truce” between Israeli forces and Hamas militants in Gaza. It also demands “continuous, sufficient and unhindered” provision of lifesaving supplies and services for civilians trapped inside the enclave, as news reports suggest Israel has expanded ground operations and intensified its bombing campaign.

What did the UN Chief do to deserve Natanyahu’s venom? Benjamin Netanyahu announced today that Israel will ban visas for UN Representatives for Chief Antonio Guterres’ alleged “Pro Palestinian” remark. Where is the outrage? The entire UN Assembly should express the outrage of each member in writing. And the EU needs to get its act together or suspend their pretend summit in Brussels. This world does not need more cowardice from the European Union. And this steady diet of hypocrisy from these bodies is proving too toxic for the world to bear. We do not need more empty communiqué or calls for humanitarian handouts. Benjamin Netanyahu is a bully and he has managed to bully and intimidate old Joe Biden and all those whimpy European “leaders,” who have been acting more like followers since this war on Gaza started. Understandably, American leaders must be shocked that anyone can hold such moral convictions. And they sure have a will confederate in Netanyahu, a man whom the Israel population re-elected after he was charged on several counts of bribery and public corruption.
The Israeli military has just murdered an Aljazeera journalist in Gaza. This follows the murder of Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh in the occupied West Bank. Since Hamas stunned the world by breaching Israel’s defenses, mounting an unprecedented attack inside Israel, and taking hostages, at least 24 journalists are among the more than 6,000 people killed in the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas. But this is hardly a war between two armies. Following the Hamas attack, Israel has engaged in what can only be described as an attempt to mass exterminate Palestinian civilians in Gaza. According to reports from the Committee to Protect Journalists, of the two dozen journalists who have died, 20 were Palestinian, three were Israeli and one was Lebanese. At least eight other journalists have been reported injured, while three others are believed missing or detained, according to the CPJ. There is no doubt that journalists are being targeted for reporting the truth about Israel’s genocidal actions in Gaza.
Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, 51, was killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank. She was covering an Israeli army raid on the Jenin refugee camp when she was shot in the head.
It has just been discovered that U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has contacted the Qataris to ask them to keep Al Jazeera from reporting the atrocious acts being committed by Israel in Gaza. He has, apparently, also contacted social media companies to black out content that does not toe the Israeli line.
United States UN Ambassador, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, is a part of the head of the genocidal delegation who is single-handedly obstructing any effort in the United Nations to put an end to the killings of Palestinians by Israel. This license to murder innocent Palestinians in Gaza handed to Israel by the United States and the Europeans must be scrapped at once.
Due to the American and European censorship of news from Gaza and the West Bank, I have been watching the news on Al Jazeera. I was astounded to find how factual, transparent, unbiased, and straightforward the reporting has been, especially from the Arab and Palestinian journalists. What the murderous Western powers and Israel find unacceptable about the coverage by Al Jazeera and the reporting by the media organization’s journalists is the reporting of Israeli crimes.
This was a deliberate assassination of yet another journalist by Israel. After it became clear that the media in the U.S. and Europe had received orders to blanket the airwaves and the pages of newspapers with fake news about Israel’s actions in Gaza, I watched with great trepidation as local journalists reported the news every day from Gaza. It is always dangerous to the lives of journalists to report from a war zone. But these journalists take all the precautions, including staying as far away from the battle lines as possible and making their presences known to the worrying fractions.
The U.S. media and the White House Press Corps have abdicated their responsibilities in fear. In the face of the indiscriminate killings of some of the most vulnerable people in Gaza, multiple hospitals being systematically bombed, and starvation being used as a weapon of war, The American media have trashed their obligations to the profession of journalism, and that is to bear witness and to hold the powerful accountable. Instead, the U.S. media have joined in cheering the murders of innocent and helpless women, children, the elderly, and the disabled. This is cowardice on a grand scale, but it is still shocking.

With the failure of two resolutions, by Russia and Brazil, calling for a humanitarian pause in Gaza, the Security Council voted on a new resolution today by the United States Ambassador. The proposal was voted down by Russia and China because it failed to call for a ceasefire, leaving Israel free to expand this murderous war by launching a ground invasion among the civilian population in addition to the on-going bombing campaing in the besieged enclave of Gaza.1

The People of the Town of Andover, the Andover Police Department, Andover Town Manager, Andrew Flanagan, the Andover Public Schools, the Andover Public Library, Massachusetts School of Law, Phillips Academy, Andover Businesses, and other Andover institutions, The Eagle Tribune and the Townsman. The businesses and institutions named here miserably failed to make any effort to address these festering issues as part of their community and good citizenry responsibilities and obligations. The Eagle Tribune’s Andover editor and the crime and court reporter for the paper, completely ignored what happened to me, even though I went in person to their headquarters on Rt. 114 Turnipike Street in North Andover and sat down with the Andover reporter and told him all of the details of what happened. These are the people who have used their First Amendment influence to not only destroy the presumption of innocence and the integrity of the justice system, but have done nothing to contribute to advancing social equity in the communities that they serve. These are the people who have not only destroyed the presumption of innocence, but the entire justice system. To be fair, the Andover Townsman, an online subsidiary of the North of Boston Media Group, the parent company of the Eagle Tribune, covered the outcomes of the trial of Keefe and Cooper. Nonetheless, their both-sideism coverage failed to put any of this into context; They ended up supporting the perpetuation of corrupt acts by Andover police, as their report presented the entire case as a “she” said, “they” said. As for Christopher Huffaker of the Andover Patch, he is the worst offender of all. In the midst of the American uprising and the Black Lives Matter movement of 2020, I cannot help but to look back and remember how treacherous a town like Andover can be, and in reality most people in this country; How corrosive police departments throughout the country can be, and focusing on the Essex County, the roundup here is from Haverhill, to Lowell to Methuen to Lawrence, less so in North Andover (meaning they are not as corrupt and they at least try to be better since the town got rid of its drunken chief of police). Essex County District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett is a major player in this devolution. I went about to test them all, given that I believe that change must be provoked, or otherwise, left to its own devices, the establishment / status quo will never – ever, make any change. And any change they decide to make will always be window dressing. Haverhill will feature prominently in my book on the rotten apples in uniforms scale, and on my wall of shame. And yes, I do keep a list and check and update it all the time. I literally suffered the Merrimack Valley area, because my husband was born in Haverhill, plus I was raising my three children and worked in the area for more than 3 decades. I am a city girl, first and foremost. There, I found how jaundiced human beings can really be. But I am very proud of myself, due to the fact that in the face of all of the conscience-shocking acts, I never compromised my principles or moral values. I do not adhere to moral relativism, so I did it my way. The beauty of it all is that, this is exactly the way I have intended it to be all along, and the way I plan to keep it. Nonetheless, I was relieved to return to Boston. With a few exceptions from what I have seen so far, the Boston police of today, 37 years after I left the city for the backward suburban, is as objectionable and undeserving of trust and respect as the rest of them. Our police have turned toxic, and mutated into an atrocious militarized occupying force that needs to be thrown out.
That being said, despite some well-publicized incidents of bad judgement and awful decisions relating to race by the Cambridge Police Department around 2009, I personally had positive experiences with the Cambridge Police, both when I lived in Cambridge in the early 1980’s and while I lived in the Merrimack Valley. In 2008, when I drove straight to the Cambridge police station to complain about a loose-canon policeman who yelled at me and threatened to “lock you up” at Harvard Square, for going through a green light without his permission, even though he was chatting with the man attending the newspaper stand with his back turned to the street, too busy to mind traffic, both the Sargent I spoke with and the Internal Affairs Lieutenant who called me at home to discuss the matter, distinguished themselves. The Lieutenant offered to schedule me for a presentation before the Cambridge City Council to air the episode. I declined, given my conversation with him; I trusted him to reprimand the man. I have no doubt that they will institute consequential reform to meet the moment. As for Boston police, they and other similar wrongdoers, with just a few good men, are the reason why I am now in Boston. They have shown that they have not only failed miserably to make any effort to meet the moment, they are also ill-suited to fulfill the role they are being paid to serve in the community.
Now, about Andover police, the police officers in that town have no ability to intuit. They are reactionary, corrupt, and violent. They have conducted themselves toward me no better than terrorists would have. At some point, I told them, “when my mission (here) in Andover is done, I will be gone.” In Catholicism, we have a saying, which we believe in: “Where you are is where God wants you to be.” You can substitute God with “The Universe.” Consequently, coming this July 19, 2020, just about a year ago, I issued a letter addressed to Governor Charlie Baker, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, Boston Police Commissioner, William Gross, Boston Chief of Police, Williams Bruce Evans, and Boston Chief of Emergency EMS, James Hooley, not only warning them that the house of cards that they have build will fall, but also demanding that they fix the broken systems. “Gentlemen [ I wrote], I am asking that you use the power vested in you by the people of this State to fix the broken systems.” I emailed a copy of that letter with this article 2 days ago to Brighton Police Captain Paul Russell. The July 19, 2019 letter was emailed and mailed via USPS priority to over 300 hundreds executives and CEOs working in academia, healthcare, public and private businesses, influencers, and to both Massachusetts legislators and US lawmakers.
When Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker announced police reform legislation yesterday, the police took to the Internet in force to bash him anonymously, even though his reform bill narrowly focuses on certification requirements with no specifics. In French, that is called abject, in the adjective use of the word.

Yesterday, I told my husband to pinch me the next time I am again getting ahead of time, which I cannot help. I was my teachers’ worst nightmare from kindergarten through post-graduate, because I was always asking answers to questions that were planned meticulously to be covered by my teachers and college professors in lesson 20, 50 chapters later. As I explained in my previous postings, my non-problem problem is that I view the world as it should not be, and feel compelled to take action to change things in the way that they should be or were meant to be.
And that, of course, has cost me a great deal at the hands of those with stakes in maintaining the status quo, particularly if they carry a gun, batons, handcuffs, and wear a badge and a uniform, or if they are endowed wrongfully so with the power of the state to rule over people in any way whatsoever. It was easy and certainly much safer to be a champion of human and civil rights and an activist when I worked inside an organization or with a coalition. Working on social justice alone is a dangerous proposition. Plus changing the world is generally a risky business and can be hazardous to one’s health. What is unacceptable is that those individuals who have proved to be so dangerous, just so happened to have gobbled up half of the money from cities, towns, and states’ budgets, usurped an obscene amount of power, and for the most part operate with impunity within a corrupt system. Yet, we call them police, and even doctors.
So, yes, I have been in the thick of this struggle for change toward social and economic equities, and equal justice, from the time I landed at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City. In fact, I was born this way. Imagine what happened when I saw this headline published in the Andover Patch: “The Andover Select Board, Town Manager Andrew P. Flanagan, Police Chief Patrick Keefe, and Fire Chief Michael Mansfield condemn the actions of the Minneapolis Police officers which resulted in the death of George Floyd and wish to provide the community with a first step for beginning the process of moving forward,” the statement reads. I nearly spat out my coffee. Had Patch’s Christopher Huffaker been serious about serving the community by running an independent and respectable news website, this is what he would have written: Andover, we have a problem! The 12-paragraph piece of trash that the Andover town leadership posted on the town website is nothing but an exercise in government stonewalling and psychological warfare, in the face of the people’s demand to address a 400-year poisoned status quo. The statement is riddled with embarrassing platitudes, an alphabet soup, mixed with a self congratulatory word-salad, and a condemnation of the psychopathic police murder of George Floyd. Something, I am confident that Lucifer already condemned Derek Chauvin’s murderous act. In this instance, the authors of that statement did not even bother to pretend to pave the road to hell with good intentions (Samuel Johnson). Instead, it is transparent in the uttermost infantile sense of the word, that they shamelessly copied and pasted the best-sounding sections from documents everyone else has ever written against racism and rabid policing in America. What an insult to the residents of that town? Where is the town pride? And then, they wrote this:
“Andover has been roiled by at least two social media posts exposing incidents in the community. An Andover High School graduate shared posts by other Andover students using the N-word, and a resident of Dominican ethnicity posted a video of an Andover Fire Rescue lieutenant approaching her getting her own mail “to make sure someone wasn’t stealing something.”
That doozy of a headline from the Andover Patch is the stuff intellectual clarity and moral tranquility, in which I dwell, does not sound like. That is if you live in the real world. And it is why I have always slept like a baby all my life. I have forever resided in that dishonesty and chicanery free zone, and I got to like it there. It is my comfort zone. You see, the Andover Patch happens to be the same website that deleted my articles about racism in Andover and in the police and fire departments, because they came under pressure.
The Andover Patch should have, at a minimum reached out to me to try to flush out the questions of what happened that caused me to have written those articles and went so hard on the to town, and particular the police department. Had they bothered doing that, they would have found out that the only damage they were going to cause, sooner or later – as in 3 years later now – would be to Andover and the defendant-police officers, since I would have informed them that I have access to a pretty substantial corner of the net, relatively speaking. Because I usually published various versions of my articles on multiple websites and social medium platforms, to ensure a broader reach. To be clear, I protested Patch’s Christopher Huffaker‘s cowardly decision via several emails with no results. Look! It may be a while away, but I do intend to get the famous last word. Maybe it is my fault for always trying to play nice, giving people the benefit of the doubt and as many chances as I possibly can afford, and also for being a saint. I did not say perfect. Nonetheless, I live by and practice all 11 virtues. I forgive mistakes, human errors, and misjudgment. And my Modus Operandi or MO is a combination of fairness and full disclosure. The icing on this cake is that I will do anything for anybody, willing to suspend critical, drop-dead deadline tasks, if someone is in need of assistance. But without failing, people routinely view these characteristics as weaknesses, and then they pounce, bringing their full predatory gadget to weigh upon me. What they miss time and again, is that what they are at last doing is to use the leeway that I willingly to afford them out of the goodness of my heart as a rope to hang themselves. How can people be possibly so stupid or dumb?

My Battle Royale with Andover Police for Their Racist Policing of White Spaces, for Corrupt Practices, for Being Generally Racist & 2 Lawsuits Later:
The headlines above go to prove that what Andover Patch Christopher Huffaker published in the article in question regarding Andover officials’ so-called concern about racism and the Andover police and fire departments’ newly discovered racism, is wholly incomplete, inaccurate, and reflects poorly on the ethics of journalistic reporting, even for an online publication. In its inadequacy, Huffaker’s article papers over the pervasive and corrosive problem of institutional racism in Andover. Just a few months after moving to Andover, I noticed that people wanted to pretend that I was invisible. A simple greeting such as “Good Morning” was regularly met with unmistakable looks of disdain. This was shown in the behaviors displayed in businesses and institutions around Andover: The constant “Can you step aside, so I can take the next 10 (White) customers with fewer items?” from store clerks; Police showing up at CVS when I was the only customer in the store, and telling me, “An employee called and said you were making them feel uncomfortable.” Of course, I dared to go shopping after dark in a 24-CVS store, and worse of all I did this while black. A CVS pharmacist actually called the police after my doctor told me that he called in a prescription for me without telling what he had called in. I had severe stomach pain at the time because Rite Aid gave me somebody else’s prescription, and I became very ill. In addition, I am extremely sensitive to strong medications, and can hardly take narcotics. So, when this male pharmacist handed me the filled prescription, I looked at it, and first I noticed that I never saw a pill that looked like that before, and second it meant nothing to me because I did not recognize the name of medication. On the bottle it said, “Oxycontin.” I had no idea what that was, so I refused to accept it. I told the man that I never saw this medication in my life, and since I am so sensitive to pain medicines, I wanted him to contact my doctor and tell him to call in something else. Without saying another word, the man picked up the phone, and as innocent as I am I walked away thinking that he was talking to my doctor. The reality materialized within no more than 1 minute. 2 policemen showed up, because the police was the people the man had called. The 2 policemen, acting the way police should behave, asked me what happened rather than going to the counter to get a pack of lies from that unfit pharmacist. When I told them the exact nature of my interaction with the man who had refused to take back the bottle of the strange looking pills, leaving it in my hand, the 2 policemen felt so bad, they apologized to me and spent 20 minutes talking to me about my family and theirs. Before they left, they told me I should go to Boston to try to get some good care for what was an acute adverse reaction to a medicine that was given to me by accident, in a pharmacy that should have known better since they had been my pharmacy for years. The severe adverse reaction to that medicine was the reason why my doctor decided to call the new medicine into CVS on the border of Andover and North Andover. North Andover Police responded because they were sitting just feet away from the pharmacy. Then there was what Santander Bank employees did when I went there to cash a check. A supervisor at the bank called Andover police when I told her that the only reason they refused to cash my $1500 check was because I am black. This is after the teller authenticated my two photo IDs (Check), and audited the account to make sure that the funds were available (Check). She told me the money was there, and then asked me in what denominations I wanted the bills. I replied “It doesn’t matter.” So, as she started counting the money to hand me, a woman who was obviously a supervisor, or shall we say a glorified teller, and had been standing behind the teller watching the transaction all along, abruptly interrupted the transaction, said something in the teller’s ear, and then told me, “We can’t cash the check. You need to bring your husband.” This is a check that was written to me and on my name alone. So, I fired back with, “This is not 1920, and the only reason why you are not cashing this check is because I am black.” The Karen became incensed, so she picked up the phone and called Andover police. I stayed calm and walked away from the counter. Before I reached the door where there is a counter for the use of customers, I pulled out a monographed notepad from my handbag and wrote a note in protest, which I handed to the manager sitting in the cubical. As I reached the door leading outside, two Andover police cruisers pulled up and blocked the entrance to the bank, with one of the cruisers stopping on the first few steps going up to the door. I waited, and after one of them came to where I was standing, I asked what reason they were given for that call. The policeman told me that the caller said, “You were passing notes, while my husband later told me that he heard the other policeman who was inside still talking with the racist supervisor said, “She’s off of her medicines.” When he told me that I laughed, remembering that long ago we came to the conclusion that racism is indeed a mental illness, in that it distorts the perception of the afflicted subject in such a manner that racists live in a delusional world, and immerse themselves in an orgy of altered social and cultural realities.
Who would ever thought that blood pressure and acid reflex medicines could cause a mature, intelligent, and accomplished woman to pass notes and stand up for herself? Unless, of course, I had been at some point, or was at the time, or at any time in my life taking some sort of medicines that neither I nor my doctors were aware of. Well, I actually did pass a note with the quote in this image, complete with attribution (Shakespeare). There is no cure for ignorance. And then there was the owner of Chick Consignment Store on Main Street who ordered me to get off the phone when I was making last minute arrangements with Emerson College for my film major daughter’s internship travel to Los Angeles. And when I offered to go outside and finish the call and come back in to complete my purchase, without saying a world, she picked up the phone and martialled two Andover policemen who threatened to put me under arrest, if I insisted on asking them what they were told the reason was for the call. And no, I could not talk to them on the sidewalk either. That, too, would lead to my being arrested. See my call for a boycott of targeted businesses and institutions in Andover. And I withstood it all.
Four months after I moved to the town of Andover with my husband and 3 children, an Andover policeman yelled at me to get away from him( in other words, get lost), after an 18-wheeler hit a sedan right in front of my house, while he pleasantly entertained a little old lady about 70 – 80 years old from Andover who came from several vehicles away from the accident scene to rant on and on about what she supposedly saw. It was a hot July day and I was watering my plants in front of the house when the accident happened. I reflexively jumped to avoid getting hit, and the driver of the sedan had to come out of the passenger door of his car, which ended up in my driveway. Following this incident, I called the Andover Town Hall and explained that I have worked with the Anti-Defamation League on issues of cultural diversity, and offered to help them prepare some educational materials and even hold some community discussions on the issues for free, as a service to the town. The Andover Town Manager’s Executive Assistant was on the line, and after she listened to my concern and my offer, she simply said, “We’re all set.”
But wait! You want to know how wickedly racist and idiopathic those people really are? The Town Manager’s Executive Assistant called the police department to throw me out of the town hall building when I went there to make a request that I be placed on the list of attendees for an upcoming town meeting. And when I tried to help a mom with her teenage son, a high schooler, who were given a 48-hour notice by the Andover Board of Health to vacate the space where they were living, by giving them a room in my house to stay temporarily as an alternative to homelessness, Andover police found out and reached deep into the dark world of police malevolence to stop me. They plotted with the Andover High School Principal and the Andover Public Schools Superintendent to torture me for my compassion. Do you still have doubt that human beings have the capacity for such evil deeds, or that any of this really happened? I have all of the records and my correspondences to prove it all. As if these vicious acts and gross abuse of power were not enough, they set out to work in concert (conspiracy) with the owner of my house to get us thrown out of our house. Well, of course, that landed me right where I have wanted to be all along, in Boston, and where clearly I am needed to clean house. And my lawsuit for that appalling conduct, and other atrocious acts on the part of the Andover police and fire departments in that regard, is still pending final resolutions in the Court of Appeals against the owner of that house. Keep in mind how all of this started: I tried to teach them, or shall I say in more humble terms, to make them realize that (1) there was bigotry in the town; and (2) that domestic abuse does not only involve “broken jaws or stabbing” like one of them told me once. After all, when I ran my own management consulting company (Winfield Consulting Associates) beginning in 1988, before I went back to teaching, and having secured a consultant contract with the Massachusetts Coalition of Battered Women Service Groups, I wrote the grant proposal that established the Jane Doe Endowment Fund in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Do you know what my business logo had on it at the time? “Consultation 2000,” 12 years ahead ahead of the time.
I do not expect the Andover Patch to admit that they were wrong and apologize to me for deleting my articles and disabling my account under pressure from the very people I was denouncing, all of whom are public officials. It is not easy to find candidates for the Profile in Courage Award. Believe me, I have been looking for such deserving individuals and entities. Thus far, I have only been able to give this award only to one CEO, a city mayor, and a city council. I have one more candidate in my mind. I give those awards on Twitter. Obviously, Patch’s Christopher Huffaker had an ethical obligation to reach out to me with questions about what was behind my postings or the excessive use of force lawsuit that I filed in federal court when Keefe and Cooper forcibly pushed me out of the tax-payer funded public safety building, rather than taking a public safety report from me.
ROUND 1. In 2014, I staged a protest in front of the Andover Town Hall to demonstrate against the racism and racist practices in the town. My primary demand was a meeting with the Town Manager to discuss these issues. After a couple of hours, it started pouring cold rain with high wind, while it was fairly nice when I started. I was already tired, so I decided to go home to get some rest, planning on resuming my protest the next morning, and making sure that I had my homemade signs and be ready in front of that town hall first thing in the morning when town employees began to arrive for work.
Unbeknownst to me, Andover Police Lieutenant Eddy Guy, the pretty fellow in the picture above, and his cronies, went to the Lawrence District Court first thing after the court opened at 8:30 AM and obtained a fraudulent court order, not from a judge, but from a quack Andover court psychologist. In fact, it was not a court order at all. But I never saw it.
And while I was sleeping, my husband woke me up to tell me that degenerate policeman, Edward Guy, was there with his cohort of lackeys from the Andover Fire and Ambulance, demanding that I go with them to Lawrence General Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. Of course, depraved Andover Fire & Rescue gangster chief, Michael Mansfield, participated in this scheme. I mean the entire criminal enterprise.This is after they filed a half a dozen criminal charges for “harassing phone calls,” because I dared to call them to request a meeting to discuss those very issues with them in a civilized manner. I walked out of that hospital and into court where I promptly sued them on the accounts of their civil rights violations, and for wasting my time going to that courthouse for 18 months just for show. Before their malicious and fraudulent charges were summarily thrown out on a motion to dismiss, they wickedly tried to plot with the district attorney’s office to rig the system to railroad me. That was not going to happen. I changed lawyers three times, and then I called the Harvard Defenders and told them what was going. They told me to call the Bar, and the Bar’s Executive Director had to make a special legal appointment in order to overcome their cyanide influence on the court and the justice system. They were also so blinded by ignorance and bigotry that they were completely unaware that the first place upon which I brought change to bear, while I lived in the area, was the Lawrence District Court. And although I filed a complaint against the court with the Chief Justice of the District Courts in Boston, my biggest allies in pursuing that complaint when the Chief Justice appointed a judge to conduct an independent investigation, were the First Justice of the Court, Justice Thomas Brennan, and Chief Court Officer, Lt. Paul Mangon. I never met finer men. As it turned out, in 2016, I just happened to accompany someone to the court for moral support on a minor offense. And while sitting in the gallery and observing the proceedings (I had never sat in a criminal courtroom before), I watched in horror as shenanigans and a travesty of justice were taking place between the clerk, the probation people, court-appointed lawyers, ADAs, and court officers, all were engaged in the most outrageous violations of criminal defendants’ rights, one after another, and most of whom had been in detention. It was clear to me, that this was not a one-off, but rather routine. Those individuals charged with protecting the integrity of the court, made a complete travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham (Rudy Allen in Banana Courtroom) of the criminal proceedings throughout the session. I walked out of the courtroom and took immediate actions to change that. Andover settled this first complaint out of court in 2015. Just to set the record straight once and for all while I am at it, let us say, that I have sued or made to cry uncle multiple police departments, and millionaires and billionaires for ripping consumers off, by forcing them to cough up stolen customer money through their fraud-business models, many times not on my own behalf. The list of the Defendant-Fortunate 500 Companies includes: Microsoft, Hp, CompUSA, Staples, SquareTrade, private equity companies, and Verizon. Need I say more? At no time, did one of them not give back the money they had tried to steal, or offered to pay more than was originally defrauded by them, before my claim ever made it to court. So yes, I sue wrongdoers, and others similarly situated, in case anyone reading this article decides to come up with the single creative idea they ever have.
Dear Andover and Doge City people, as for your relentless attempts to assassinate my character, by depicting me as “the crazy black woman of Andover,” if being allergic to abuse of power, provoking change by taking on corrupt governance, refusing to live in a police state, despising greed and pretenders, working to end institutional racism and discrimination against my fellow human beings regardless of who they happen to be, having contempt for people like the tramp regime cult “deplorables,” if you consider any of those things to be “mental illnesses,” in this society obsessed with fetishes to the point where they have turned real human afflictions into a cottage industry with the help of an ever authoritarian state by enlisting a profession (psychiatry) that is nothing but a fraud, useless, and harbors would be criminals and sadists, then please slap that “crazy” label right on my forehead. Has it occurred to you at all that people like me may be the only “normal” people in the world? And to Chad Cooper who claimed in his trial that he has all of those credentials, yes, I am looking at you Cooper. Would you even understand if I were to explain to you that psychiatry is a leach on medicine, a whore and a drug dealing outfit to billion-dollar killer pharmacological companies? To close my examination of you for the second time in two years, have you ever heard of real psychological dysfunctions, in the forms of neurotransmitters short-circuitry, such as hallucinations, delusion, paranoia, psychosis, and multiple forms of other para-ethological conditions in people, are primarily caused by deep inner fear resulting from societal oppression and psychological trauma? Or did you even know that learning differences or levels of ability or difficulties, normal childhood and teenage behaviors (temper tantrum, defiance), that many normal human behaviors in a free society (being mad or right down angry, sad over overjoyed, scared, depressed, worried, or indifference), are part of normal human feelings and emotions that are necessary to a full living experience? Did you know that those feelings and emotions actually help human beings to grow and develop while facing life challenges? Are you even sufficiently educated to know that there are people like me who are non-conformist by nature, and will therefore challenge illegitimate authority, and plain refuse to adhere to a system that promised life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and delivers bull to the masses? Or that there are people like me who simply refuse to fall for this con, adjust to the fakery, or adapt to crookedness, while the system protects rich thieves, exploiters, and mobsters in high places? If you answer yes to any of these questions, you need to start building a whole psychiatric hospital with multiple wings just for me. The scam of turning people’s qualities and life-evolving behaviors into crimes or mental illness in order to rule by fear and punishment will not fly by me. I will not “submit,” to / or “comply” with illegitimate order, law, uniformed gangsters, or similarly situated drifters. I will not jump atop the highest bridge because individuals your types order me to do so. If you think I am “crazy, due to the characteristics and positions that I have just listed here, you need to see a “shrink.” That is why they call them shrinks a.k.a psychiatrists, they shrink people’s brains. You know? your gray matter. They shrink its area and volume. Oh! How do they do that, you asked? They do that by killing brain cells with toxic pharmaceuticals. I bet this never occurred to you. I will never, ever, go along with the stinking program, or buy any of what you are all selling.
How could you not have waken up to the reality that you people were bound to find yourselves self underneath my pen? I could have coined the phrase, “There is nothing to fear but fear itself.” After all, you have tried to hold me up at the gates of hell, and I am yet to back down (Tom Petty). Can you not tell that I was born that way?
I was 24 years old during my internship in college when I landed a job as a radio show host under a dictator. And when I criticized Trump, I mean the corrupt dictator, I had men like you calling the station and threatening me while clicking the trigger on their guns over the telephone. So, you see, if I wanted to be persecuted, kidnapped, and tortured, for my views or for standing up against corrupt government, I could have stayed right where I came from. And just so you know, I am not in this country because I wanted to live here, although I am more American than most of you. From my observation over the past 40 years, most of you are unpatriotic. I am here because my father who was a businessman, traveled here to the US every 3 months to buy and ship merchandise for his two stores, a bona fide one percenter, an old fashioned hard-working man who worked days and nights to earn his fortune, was afraid that I might have been in the cross-hairs of a killer regime. I did not think so, and I certainly did not care, but my parents did. With this same type of calculation, he designed and built a 12-room house for us with an underground garage and a wrap-around top to bottom wrought iron porch, because he kept hundreds of thousands of dollars in the house until he could go to the bank to make a deposit. We had a cook, a cleaning lady, an errand boy, and a head servant. When I returned from Europe after doing a specialized degree on a French scholarship that was awarded to me out of the blue, within two weeks upon my return, my father and mother sat me down and told me that I could not stay in Haiti, because while I was away the government was having radio and print journalists kidnapped and disappeared. I still did not want to come to this country. I had no fear. I have the courage of my conviction.
Obviously, I could have come to the US from France if I wanted to, given that before I left Paris I obtained a visa to visit the US. Instead, I took a direct flight back to Haiti. And as for your Russia and China like tactics in retaliation for my putting up and refusing to shut up, just so you all know, when I first went to the US Consulate in Paris to get a visa to transit to the US because American Airlines put me on standby, I watched as Europeans came out of the Consulate kissing and hugging, happy that they get their visas within very short times. When it was my turn and I went in, I was denied a visa within minutes with no explanation, even though I was a French Scholar, in addition to the fact that my father had sent me on vacation summer vacations abroad in the previous three years. I walked out of the racist American Consulate, and straight into my Haitian Ambassador’s Offices, where I demanded that the Ambassador immediately launch a complaint on my behalf with the Americans. After being told by the Executive Assistant that the matter would require a few days, the woman quickly understood that none of that was going to fly with me. As a result, within a couple of hours, I was sitting across from the Ambassador. After telling him what I wanted him to do and why, he picked up the phone and spoke with the Us Consular, but not before he tried to convince me in vain that there may not be anything he can do. By the time he hung up the phone, they wanted me to return to the Consulate right away, he told me. And no sooner that I arrived, I was already on my way out with a visa in my passport. After all of this, since I did not take any of those actions because I wanted to come to the US, but out of the principles of the matter, I left France and flew right back to Haiti.
As you can see, I do not make a good victim, and your malfeasance was bound to get you right here, exposed. You have spread too many lies about me for me to have allowed you to get away with it, ever. Before the coronavirus pandemic, lying was the number one epidemic in this society. And I despise liars with a vengeance. The problem with lying is that it will only get you so far, and you will be ensnared. As you can tell, I also do not believe in secrets, because keeping secrets is a fool’s errand. I know you counted on my wanting to keep your wrongdoings secret. You were wrong. Next time you meet someone you do not know or do not understand, just treat that individual as everybody ought to be treated, regardless of how he or she looks like. Good advice! I second that opinion. And a friendly warning, I have not yet used my poisoned pen, and as a writer, I am yet to go nuclear in my verb. Do not make me!
ROUND 2. Upon my second complaint in 2017, Andover Chief of Police, Patrick Keefe, seen wearing his uniform with a cap in the first image, together with Lt. Chad Cooper, decided to take the matter all the way to a jury trial. I will never forget how ignorantly scandalized Cooper looked when I told him that they were a racist bunch. With Boston Federal Judge William G. Young presiding, the case went on trial on March 14, 2019. Read what happened at the trial. It was nothing short of a spectacular show of crooked con-artistry. The more remarkable thing is that just as a part of racism is to depict black people as either criminals, useless, idiots, or mentally defective, the defense for Keefe and Cooper from the law firm of Pierce Davis & Perritano, LLP, led by lawyers Adam Simms and Samuel Gates, brought their full dirty bag of tricks into the trial. During my pro se cross-examination of Cooper and Keefe, they made sure to insert for the jury their racist assertion that I am a mentally-ill person, as they had written in all of their reports about me: “disturbed person.” But since they are cowards and cannot stop lying on one side and then turn and lie again on the other side, when the judge and I, both, pressed them on what they meant when they wrote that, they told the judge that the dispatchers did it. Seriously! I have the transcripts of the trial. They also thought that they could support their racist stereotypes by telling the jury that when I went to their station to request they take a report on what I believed could have been a public safety or national security question, and they wasted the time trying to make a fool out of me rather than taking a report, that somehow I said to them that I “WANT CHANGE.” Oh My God! Change, what’s that? Apparently, the hope was to get the jury to believe that anyone asking for change from public officials must be out of their mind. At the end, it was their doctored video evidence they paid Win Interactive, a pro-police video editing digital studio, $3000 to turn the original video surveillance footage into an Adobe Premiere hoax entertainment wonder, in the tradition of “Deadpool,” that ended up entertaining the jury to finding for the crooked police defendants. Mind you, even with all of that, I caused them to sweat so profusely that the following was posted on the Pierce Davis & Perritano website as a major victory for Samuel Gates. Sad!
Federal Court Dismisses Plaintiff’s Civil Rights Claims Marie Winfield v. Town of Andover, _F. Supp. 3d _, 2018 WL 1627437 (D. Mass. 2018) United States District Court Judge William Young dismissed eleven of twelve civil right claims brought against the Town of Andover and several Town officials. PDP attorney Adam Simms represents all of the defendants. The claims included First Amendment violations, unreasonable seizure, improper detention, unlawful arrest, false imprisonment, excessive force, civil conspiracy and violation of the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act (MCRA). The District Court initially granted the Town’s motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim with four counts being dismissed with prejudice and the remaining counts dismissed without prejudice. The plaintiff then filed an Amended Complaint which the Court agreed to review even though they were submitted after the 30-day submission period. Attorney Simms argued the Amended Complaint failed to address the deficiencies of the original complaint and was therefore futile. Judge Young agreed dismissing all but one of the plaintiff’s civil rights claims. The plaintiff’s claim of excessive force against two members of the Andover Police Department survived the defendants’ renewed Motion to Dismiss and remains ongoing.Mind you, even with all of that, I caused them to sweat so much that this was posted as a major victory on the Pierce Davis & Perritano website as a major victory for Samuel Gates.
It is like they say, some people simply have no shame. It is no wonder that this law firm builds itself as being in defense of "civil rights."
FINALLY – A WORD OF ADVICE TO ANDOVER ABOUT THEIR CALLED TOWN MEETING TO TALK ABOUT RACISM AND THE CONDUCTOF THEIR PUBLIC OFFICIALS
Andover, Here Are a Word of Caution and a Few Tips When Preparing for Your Town Hall Meeting
I must note in good conscience that, even with my limited interactions with the two Andover Officers, Lieutenant Frank and Francis Fitzpatrick, they seemed to me to be very decent human beings. Good human beings make good everything, whatever their career choices or professions. There may also be others in that department who are decent people. I am not going throw the baby out with the bath water. Still, police must be reformed and be made to be accountable to the public. I have a few ideas for bootstrapping them into decency.
So, Andover, although I wish you well with your effort to finally tackle the endemic racial and socio-cultural problems in your town, and grow up to be more civilized, as someone who worked with the premiere civil rights lawyer, a trailblazer on the issues of racism, anti-antisemitism, sexism and misogyny, homophobia, xenophobia, prejudice, bigotry, and discrimination, my late friend and colleague Lenny Zakim, I must warn you that these issues tend to draw raw emotions. Discussions involving race are typically highly charged and tend to inflame passion. People can start to breathe fire in meetings like that. Therefore, I must tell you to not only be careful, but that even if your meeting goes well, it may not be as easy as you might anticipate. In 1983, working in collaboration with leaders from non-profit community-based organizations, such as the one I had founded and was running in Boston at the time, local media stations, particularly WCVB-Channel 5, and the State Department of Education, Lenny managed to launch the most ambitious inclusion and diversity program ever attempted anywhere. He succeeded in getting entire school districts and court systems to mandate that training for their employees. The curriculum was well designed, and the training was methodically developed. I was one of the lead trainers at the time, working in pair with my old friend Ellen Bettman. We worked well together. But without failing, the venom that participants or attendees spewed in each training group, no matter the profession, was always absolutely explosive, particularly at the beginning. The good thing is that we held three-day training sessions, and the training strategies and techniques were so sound and of such excellent educational and learning quality and effectiveness, that by the end everyone would inevitably begin to see the light. How explosive, you ask? This was mid 1980’s, and as good as Lenny was and as well-loved and respected a civil rights champion and a human rights leader and advocate he was worldwide, he still could not mention the word, “racism” in the program title. Instead, the program was launched as the “A World of Difference”Project.

We are in the middle of one of the most Holly months in the Islamic Calendar, and the bombing continues. Palestinians continue to be killed by the hundreds, coupled with man-made starvation, engineered by Israel and the US through a complete blockage of Gaza by land, sea, and air. Palestinians are eating “grass” and drinking polluted water due to the manufactured Israeli-US famine. Palestinian children, the sick, and the elderly have been dying of starvation and dehydration because the genocide coalition has not allowed any food, water, fuel, or medical supplies to enter the Strip. Instead, the United States began dropping food aid by air over Gaza about two weeks ago. Not only has this shame and cynical humanitarian about-face ineffective, but also the parachuted aid packages are falling on top of buildings, in the middle of the ocean, and over people’s heads, killing dozens. For the record, the ICJ (Internal Court of Justice) found on January 2024, via the case brought by South Africa against Israel, that Israel has engaged in acts that warrant a ruling that includes preliminary provisions to prevent genocide under International Law and the United Nations Charter.
This is a significant and audacious undertaking that requires many hands. However, the Palestinian people deserve no less.

More than 435 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli soldiers, illegal settlers, or Israeli police in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem since October 7, 2023.
Thousands of Palestinian men, women, and children have been made to disappear by Israeli soldiers in Gaza, rounded up from hospitals and UN schools and Mosques where they sought shelter from the bombing and destruction and taken to undisclosed locations. Videos I will be posting here with updates show that the few Palestinian hostages who have been released suffer from physical and mental torture at the hands of Israeli soldiers, many of them returning with major injuries or completely disabled.

Americans are not stupid – They know who is shutting down their government

How many people have to suffer, and how far do we have to allow this country to sink before the lucid majority stands up and says enough. A government is not some generic entity that is just there to do its thing. The government is responsible for the welfare of the country and its citizens. This includes, defense, national security, economic prosperity, foreign policy, economic development, health and education, infrastructures, liberty and freedom, and more. When States representing 15% of the country send a group of people to the Capital to dismantle the government, in reality the basic goal is to cleanse the country of people they feel are not deserving of life, liberty, protection, or the pursuit of happiness from the government under the Bill of Rights. Therefore, in their minds, the government must be stopped from ensuring that all citizens are cared for, at least to the degree of basic human needs. And if the government persists on caring for all citizens, they are prepared to take all measure and stop the government at all costs, including engaging in political maneuvers that carry the very real possibilities of crashing the ship of State and leaving the citizens of the country hanging over a precipice. That is the nature of suicide missions: If you cannot have it or change it to your image through legitimate means, such as elections, established legislative processes, civil debates, or good faith negotiations, blow it up.
With the President’s Affordable Health Care Law entering its final phase of implementation on Tuesday October 1, the Tea Party mania reached its summit. As fate would have it, the implementation of this last phase of the AHCA happens to coincide with the end of the federal government’s fiscal year on September 30th, which means that the government needs a new budget in order to operate. Since the Republicans have been preventing the government from operating on nothing but continuing resolutions, rather than working with the Democrats and the President to pass a budget for the country, Tea Party craven Tea Party activists saw this as their opportunity to extort the President and deprive the uninsured in a high noon stand-off in some sort of a combined surreal episode of Gun Smoke and The OK Corral in the United States House of Representatives. Except that their tactic is so insidious that they only have one ending to this script: the death of the Affordable Health Care Act.
What is even more outrageous is the campaign of lies that these people have mounted against this law. After they referred to the law as some sort of thing of the scary kind, that was going to march upon cities and destroy everything in its path, they have the gull to then say “the American people’ do not like the law. These people could not care less about the American people. They only care about their narrow, backward, stone-age agenda, which they have tried to disguise underneath phony rhetoric to oppress women, eliminate the poor from society, and take rights away from Blacks and other minorities, and LGBT people. Those hypocrites are depleting the O-Zone layers by blowing stinking hot air about big government, while they seek to put a guard in doctors’ offices to make sure that all pregnant women carry their babies to terms, even if that means the mother dies during childbirth. These are the same idiots who so believe that women lie about being raped, that they have passed laws requiring rape victims to report to the police within 24 hours to prove that they were really raped.
This is no surprise, as most in this crowd do not believe in the art, education, science, mathematics, or facts, and think that the United Nations was created to take over the world. How anyone can believe in anything those people say is incomprehensible. If they truly believe that the law would not work, then why are they so frenziedly trying to prevent its implementation? They fabricate numbers and statistics; they fabricate stories; and they fabricate facts. Why would anyone in their right mind listen to anything those people have to stay? The so-called “job-killing” law propaganda was put together by their partners in crime in big business, who want to continue to still workers’ benefits to line up their pockets. Companies have been keeping more and more profits for themselves by hiring part-time workers to avoid paying benefits for several decades. This form of industrial and vulture capitalist rip off has been going on for the past three or four decades, and has nothing to do with the new health care law. The idea that the Affordable Health Care law is going to kill jobs is a farce. Greedy executives have been using all sorts of schemes and loopholes to deny employees benefits and deprive them of job security for years. This latest Republican feat is no different from their vicious attack on the President’s citizenship. Republicans not only lie, they never deal in good faith. They lie about the poor; they lie about minorities; they lie about the President of the United States. They lie with a straight face. The only thing that can be in doubt here is whether or not they are more ignorant than they are pathological liars.
This one more time that this country’s interests are at stake, the media must stop encouraging and supporting these people by sticking bigger and bigger microphones into their faces to help them amplify their lies. They have neither intellect nor honor. Whatever the backwoods those individuals are from, they are no lawmakers, but rather anarchists who went to Washington to destroy the government of the United States, and with it the entire country. No, patriots would threaten to bring down their country’s economy or do anything to hurt its citizenry. Patriots do not engage in shenanigans that they know will inevitably hurt hundreds of thousands of their fellow patriots, if not millions. Patriots do not seek to rein fear and uncertainty, anxiety or hardship to the nation’s people; or do patriots sneakily seek to subvert the results of duly conducted elections, because they failed in stealing such elections, lying their way through them, or using dirty money to buy such elections.
How do you call something a failure that has no yet been tried and tested? As for glitches, it should be expected that any new program will have glitches, especially a program of this proportion. To prove that these people are actual fraud, they are now maneuvering in every each corner to make the program fail. For one thing, some of those backwards state governors are preventing the people in charge of helping individuals to sing up for the service from succeeding. Those people are called navigators, and the gun-trotting tea party activists in Congress are now training their fire on those so-called navigators, demanding background checks and calling them unprepared. In fact, 12 states have passed laws to make it impossible for navigators to do their jobs under the health care law, which is to help people sign up for insurance. This will have the effect of increasing insurance costs for people, so that they can around and said, see these high costs are the results of that terrible “Obamacare.” There is also the idiotic repetition that the program is not ready for “prime time.” What exactly is that supposed to mean? This is not some kind of play or a joke. Health insurance is a serious business. People die for lack of health insurance coverage. This is about instituting a health care program that will help people who could not previously obtain health insurance coverage to get it through an open and simplified process or through government subsidy, if they do not meet the income requirement to pay out of pocket for their own health insurance. Why would anyone give these foaming-at-the-mouth Tea Party zealots any credence when they have proved themselves to not be credible? There is absolutely no need to show any respect for people who do not respect or care for anyone who is not a part of their cannibalistic crowd.
